Project Management
In Proactive we believe that a breadth of capability is required for successful project completion and management require a methodology. To provide our customer with the unmatched services we follow Cisco's PPDIO guidelines. Our methodology provides you with increased productivity and reduces deployment time, allowing customers to enjoy ROI in a significantly shorter timeframe. We have multiple checkpoints throughoout the project management to ensure you with the best utilization of the technology. Proactive has a dedicated Project Management team comprised of more than 20 certified engineers and Project Managers to handle even the most complicated projects.

PREPARE: During the prepare phase, the Project Management Team gathers high-level customer requirements and builds a business case for implementing a Cisco Technology solution. Service components in this phase help customers make sound financial decisions by establishing the financial justification for making a technology change and developing a high-level architecture. Several tasks occur during this phase including:

•  High-level review of the information
•  Business requirements development
•  Scoping and sizing of the BOM
•  High-level architecture, professional services estimate and SOW documents.

PLAN: During the Plan phase, the Project Team assesses the current network, site and contact center operations readiness which will aid in the design of the proposed technologies. The output of the Plan Phase is the Statement of Work (SOW). Upon acceptance of the SOW, a formal project kickoff meeting is held with the customer during which team members are introduced, roles and responsibilities are clearly identified, and overall project timeline is agreed upon. In addition, the project team needs to:

•  Plan for project management resources
•  Conduct site and network / infrastructure readiness assessment
•  Operational readiness assessment
•  Develop Basis of Design documents

DESIGN: During the design phase, the Project Team needs to ensure the solution design meets business requirements, while attempting to foresee and prevent potential bottlenecks. In this phase we perform a deep dive into the customer's network and business processes in order to fully understand the business and technical requirements of the solution and prepare a detailed design document to meet business and technical requirements of the customers.

•  Detailed design development (Technical design / specifications document)
•  Implementation plan development (scheduling of prerequisites, delivery and staging, project phases and deadlines, acceptance criteria for each project phase, training)
•  Migration plan development
•  Interoperability requirements and application software requirements
IMPLEMENT: During the implement phase, service activities and tasks are performed.

•  Staging, configuration and implementation
•  Systems integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
•  Business readiness tests

OPERATE & OPTIMIZE: This is the production rollout and post-implementation phase. During the operate phase, activities are described for:

•  Day-to-day management and monitoring of the newly implemented system
•  Incident and problem management
•  System administration
