RMA support. Follow-up open cases to closure. This will include:
  • Opening of RMA Case with Cisco TAC.
  •  Following up to ensure part delivery.
  • Coordinate faulty part pick-up.
  •  Update in Contract to replace faulty part number with the new part number.
Renewal Quotation Support. We maintain updated price-lists using the b2b system. We can offer quotation creation support as per the rules defined by the Cisco partners for their customers. Our Service Desk team can also do a direct follow-up with end-user customers on behalf of the Cisco Partner for order confirmations.
